Lent 2018

There are lots of opportunities for keeping a good Lent at St Paul’s.
Here are some. Which might work for you? Click on the links for details.

ALMSGIVING

Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, 14th February when we Tackling-Homelessness-Together-presentation-coverlaunch our annual Lent Appeal, this year in support of the Diocese of London’s Tackling homelessness together’ appeal. Will you think of ways to raise funds for this important work? Perhaps host a dinner and ask your guests for a donation? Plan an event?

To make your donation, either:

  • click here to make an online donation, marking ‘LENT’ in the ‘special celebration’ box
  • send a cheque to the parish office at 32a Wilton Place, London SW1X 8SH
  • place cash or cheque in a Gift Aid envelope marked clearly ‘LENT’.

WORSHIP

Worship at St Paul’s is a seven day a week activity. Why not take on an extra DAILY SERVICE this Lent?

If reflective space is your thing, why not come along to the WEDNESDAY EVENING SERVICE at 7pm in Lent. The clergy and musicians will provide words and music for a guided lenten reflection. And on Wednesday, 7th March join us afterwards for a meal in the nave of the church.
